Fr. Shajan lead a fund raising campaign and bought a house in Ashok Vihar in 2003 for the community as a Priest Residence. In 2003 Fr. Antony Paravara took over from Fr. Shajan as in charge of the community. The Mass Centre was raised to a Personal Parish on June 15, 2005 by His Grace Archbishop Vincent Concessao and Fr. Antony Paravara was appointed Parish Priest. On 25 February 2007 Fr. Tomy Kandathil took charge of the parish.

The mass centre actively participates in the annual Syro-Malabar Convention and scores high in the competitions. At present catechism classes are conducted from LKG to Standard X. First Holy Communion and Confirmation are administered every year. Christmas Carol is organized for six days during Christmas. There is a procession with Way of the Cross on Good Friday starting from Jeevodaya hospital to Montfort.. Annual Parish Day is celebrated with solemnity. Rosary Devotion is carried out solemnly for 10 days in October at Jeevodaya Hospital.
