CIRCULAR
Dear Fathers / Sisters / Teachers,
Greetings from Delhi Syro-Malabar Catechetical
centre. Hope you are all ready for the second
semester Exam. Wish you all the best.
With regard to the
SCHOLARSHIP EXAMINATION:
• The date of Scholarship examination will be
May 2, 2010,
from 2.30 pm, as given in the diary.
Result will be on May
10, 2010. Scholarship Exam will be
held in 4 zones. The Examination centers will be
informed later.
• The top two
candidates who scores highest total
marks, including both semester examinations in
each class, will be eligible for scholarship
exam. If there are more than one division for
the same class only the top two from altogether
will be selected.
• Syllabus for scholarship examination will be
inclusive of the syllabus of both semesters as
given in the Catechetical diary.
• Scholarships Paper Valuation will be on
Sunday, 9th May 2010
from 9 am – 4 pm.
Teachers are required
for valuation. Those who are willing
to be available for paper valuation may please
inform the director at the earliest.
Please do fill up the
Certificate books of Class X students
and send back to the director for Signature and
seal.
• Please note that new Catechetical year for
2010-11 will begin on
Sunday, 4th July
2010.
